Hesap silme (uygulama içi)

Mabed uygulamasında: Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil (KVKK). Onayladığında profilin ve ilişkili kişisel verilerin birincil sistemlerden silinir.

Hesap silme (e-posta)

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan info@mabed.app adresine kayıtlı e-posta adresinle “Hesabımı sil” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra silme talebini işleme alırız.

Abonelik iptali

Abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yönetilir. İptal için cihazındaki mağaza abonelik ayarlarını kullan. Mabed aboneliği iptal etmek hesabını silmez.

Account deletion (in-app)

In the Mabed app: Settings → Delete my account. After confirmation, your profile and associated personal data are removed from our primary systems.

Account deletion (email)

If you cannot access the app, email info@mabed.app from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account”. After verifying identity, we will process the deletion request.

Canceling subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Use your device store subscription settings to cancel. Canceling a Mabed subscription does not delete your account.
